At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Our Apartment is located in an new living house. It is central und quiet situated at the foot of the mountain Pfaffenstein.
From here you may like to enjoy the beautyful view over fortress Königstein and the rock needle of mountain Pfaffenstein. You also can hike both from our place.
The village Pfaffendorf and its surroundings are excellent for lovely walks and great hikes. It is also a good starting point for trips to Dresden, Stolpen or The Tschech Republik.
We rent out the apartment all year through for at least 3 nights.

In Saxon Switzerland the hotel Albrechtshof is a good choice for a well and cheap vacation, celebrating or recovering in the calm nature. Very well suited for groups of all kinds. Situated in its own forest park on a light hill in the air health resort Gohrisch the atmosphere is calm and recreative. Königstein and Bad Schandau are both only 3km away. The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Or you follow the traces of historical Dresden with its rebuild Church of Our Lady, or get inspired by visiting a performance in the Semper opera or one of the many attractive museums. Of course the modern Dresden is really quite worth a visit as well.

Die Wohnung ist nahe am Waldrand gelegen. Von hier sind schöne Wanderungen, auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen, möglich. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich die Festung Königstein, der Pfaffenstein und das Wander- und Klettergebiet Bielatal/Ottomühle.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Felsenlabyrinth Langenhennersdorf ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Die Böhmische Schweiz ist von uns leicht zu erreichen. Sie können hier den höchsten Berg des Elbsandsteingebirges (Hoher Schneeberg) oder die Tyssaer Wände erwandern.
In Königstein befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer.
