Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Our holiday house has a large living room,
two bedrooms, radio, Sat TV, central heating, as well as bath with shower and WC. Bedlinen and towels are present.
Parking is possible on our property, bicycles will be locked in the garage. BBQ and a meadow invite to relax.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

Herzlich willkommen in Hinterhermsdorf in der Sächsischen Schweiz!

Hinterhermsdorf ist die höchstgelegene Sommerfrische der Sächsischen Schweiz und am besten über Sebnitz oder durch's Kirnitzschtal von Bad
Schandau zu erreichen. Hauptattraktion ist die Bootsfahrt durch die wildromantische Kirnitzschklamm, eine romantische Kahnpartie direkt auf der Grenze zu Böhmen. Doch Finden sich hier auch Wanderwege, auf denen man stundenlang keinem Menschen begegnet, und für Kenner traditionellen Kunsthandwerks ein Geheimtip - eine Töpferei mit holzgefeuertem Steinzeugofen.
Wandern können Sie natürlich auch: Allein, mit der Nationalparkwacht, oder dem Drahtesel - und selbstverständlich auch ohne Gepäck. Die Wanderwege sind gut ausgeschildert und bieten vom Spazierweg bis zum anspruchsvollem Klettersteig etwas für jeden Anspruch. Alternativen zum Drahtesel sind Reiturlaub oder Kremserfahrten bei deren Organisation wir Ihnen gern helfen.
Ein Ausflug nach Dresden zeigt Ihnen dann, daß der Elbsandstein nicht nur in der Natur gut aussieht. Eine Aufführung in Europas wohl schönstem Naturtheater, der Felsenbühne Rathen, lässt nicht nur Kinderherzen höher schlagen, und außer der Burg Stolpen wollen auch Festung Königstein und andere Burgen und Schlösser der Region erobert werden.

Das Wohnzimmer ist mit LED-Fernseher, Satellitenempfänger, Rundfunk, Kaminofen, Esstisch, Stühlen, Sessel und ausklappbarer Sitzgruppe ausgestattet (2 vollwertige Schlafplätze).
Im Garten von einer Fläche von 800 m2 stehen Außensitzplatz, Trampoline, Schaukel, verglaste Gartenlaube mit Ofen und Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus 40 m2, ruhig und zentral mit DU/WC. Die Küche hat eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, 2-Plattenherd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Geschirr. Keinen Backofen. Zwei getrennte Schlafräume. Ein Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und Liege und 2. Schlafraum mit getrennten Betten. Die Elektroheizung wird bei Bedarf extra berechnet. Bettwäsche und Geschirrhandtücher sind als Erstausstattung vorhanden.
